Lots of folks have been asking so we figured it would be a good idea to give you all an update on the status of the new equipment, inventory, hours, and taproom expansion.
It’s taking us a bit longer than expected to get things up and running and we hope it won’t take much longer… We want to thank you for your patience and understanding as we prepare for the next chapter in our growth.
Our new Brewhouse is all wired up and waiting on the final connection to the main electrical panel. We’re also working out some kinks with a glycol unit for the fermenters… We purchased an undersized unit and hopefully will have a new one soon.
In the meantime we’ll be adding another brew day to our weekly schedule until the new system is up and running. This move should help alleviate the lack of inventory in the taproom as well as allow us to get back to filling growlers, however it will take a week or so until we see results.
We’ll continue to open Thursdays 4-9pm, Fridays 5-9pm, and Saturdays 2-8pm although we may need to close the taproom early due to supply so we ask that you check our social media pages and website before making the trek over.
With a little ingenuity and rearranging of equipment we’ll be increasing the size of the taproom a bit to allow for more seating and a better view of the day to day brewery operations. Construction will begin shortly after the new equipment is fully operational.
